Yvette Hartley

Yvette I. Hartley, 73, of 11060 W. Coggins Dr. Sun City, Arizona, died Tuesday, January 2, 2007, following a long illness. She was born in Spencer, MA on April 27, 1933. She was the daughter of the late Rosario E. and Corinne Forcier Ethier. Adopted by Noe J. and Emma Rose Forcier Ethier at an early age. She was married to William G. Hartley on August 3, 1957 and would have celebrated 50 years together this year. Yvette is survived by her husband, two sons, Bruce Hartley of Avondale, AZ and his wife Karen, and Duane Hartley of Westerly, RI and his wife Maureen, 5 grandchildren: Bruce Jr. and Kyle Hartley, and Jessica, Madeline and Olivia Hartley. Also surviving her are two sisters, Rita Jacques of Webster, MA and Lorraine Rich of Brunswick, ME. She was predeceased by a brother Ronald Ethier and a sister Edna Ethier. Yvette worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for 20 years. She was a Communicant of St. Clement of Rome Parish in Sun City. She was also a member of Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxilary and Moose Lodge of Peoria. Friends may call 4-6:00 PM on Friday, January 5, 2007 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave. Sun City, AZ a scripture service will be held at 6:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 6, 2007 at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, 15800 N. Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ. In lieu of flowers, her family requests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society and/or Hospice of Arizona.
