Vonnie Zimmerman

Vonnie L. Zimmerman, 72, formerly of Wichita, Kansas passed away June 2, 2018 in Goodyear, Arizona. Vonnie was born in Wichita to George and Dorothy Kite. A lifelong Wichita resident, she resided in Goodyear for the past year. Her passions were her family, children and grandchildren and her dogs. Vonnie was a member of Willowbend Golf Club, an avid golfer and had nine hole-in-ones. A loving Wife, Mother, Grandma and Friend, she will forever be missed. She was preceded in death by both parents, sister Shelley Dietrich and brother Bud Kite. Survivors include her husband of over 27 years, Dale Zimmerman; children, Kristi Thomas Latimer and Kevin Thomas (Kristi); step-children, Danny Zimmerman (Christy) and Renee Simpson (Rex); grand-children, Jenae, Ali & Clayton Latimer and Tatum & Paige Thomas; step grand-children, Rachael & Zach Zimmerman, Danny Apodaca & Taylor Simpson; and great-grandson, Jake Zimmerman.
