Virginia Angeline Wayerski

Virginia Angeline Wanta was born April 8, 1932, in Rosholt, Wisconsin to Otto and Esther (Garski) Wanta.

Virginia graduated from Saint Joseph Academy in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. On September 9, 1952, Virginia was united with Arnold John Wayerski of Junction City, Wisconsin. Four children were born to this union. In 1963, the family moved to Arizona for their one son's health.

Virginia was a homemaker and loved to clip coupons. With her saving she and Arnold took many trips, some were to Hawaii, Alaska, and Europe. Virginia and Arnold were members of the German American Club in Phoenix and loved to dance and volunteer to work for Octoberfest.

Virginia was a faithful member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Glendale until moving to Sun City. At Saint Joachim and Saint Anne Parish in Sun City, she was on the Choir and a Cantor for many years until Dementia set in.

Virginia is survived by her daughter, Nadine (Chuck) Ehlers of Manning, Iowa; and sons, Tim and Todd (Linda) Wayerski of Sun City, Arizona.

Three grandchildren, Crystal (Curt) Behrens, Michaela (Scott) Sander, and Bridget (Mike) Gore of Manning, Iowa.

Eight great-grandchildren, Paige Davis (Justin Croghan) of Sioux City, IA, Brianna, Devyn, and Keatyn Sander of MAnning, IA, Claire, Robert, Noah, and Evelyn Gore of Manning, IA.

Brother-in-law, David Blaskowski of Stevens Point, WI and many nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors. 

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold; her parents, Otto and Esther Wanta; parents-in-law, John and Marie Wayerski; her son, Mark Wayerski; daughters-in-law, Julie and Debra Wayerski; brother and sister-in-law, Leroy and Gladys Wanta; and sister, Elaine Blaskowski. brother-in-law and sister-in-law, James and Jeanette Shegstead, and Kenneth and Lorraine Doehr.
