Theodore Koehler

Theodore Koehler, 89, of Sun City, AZ, a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away August 10, 2014. Mr. Koehler was born in South Bend, Indiana and was a U.S. Army veteran. He worked as a Fireman in South Bend, IN for 23 years, retiring to Sun City in 1984. He was preceded in death by his wife Helen of 57 years in 2007 and his brother Ernest Koehler. Survivors include sons Paul Koehler (Barbara), Thomas Koehler (Michelle) and Robert Koehler (Cindy); sisters Barbara Lutes & Eileen Dalton; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A funeral mass was held on August 12, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church in Sun City, AZ. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
