In the early morning hours of May 11, 2015, Terry passed away surrounded by his family at Hospice of the Valley in Glendale. He was 76 years old. Terry Warren Streeter was born in Albion, Michigan on September 30, 1938, to Lloyd Streeter and Wilhelmina Schultz. Terry’s mother passed away when he was three years old and his father remarried Ruby Woods; they had two sons Kenneth and James. Terry received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, he also minored in economics and geology. A few years later he moved to California where he met Linda Smith. They were married on July 3, 1965. They had two daughters, Monica and Korrin. Terry worked in sales and retired from Sigler where he sold commercial and residential heating and cooling. Terry loved to cook for his family and friends, he especially loved to barbeque. He also had a passion for auto racing. He was the first season ticket holder at Phoenix International Raceway and was recently featured in their 50th Anniversary program. Terry made friends wherever he went and loved to socialize. He was a devoted family man who was always there to listen and share his life experience. He is survived by his wife, Linda, his brothers, Ken and Jim Streeter, his daughters and sons-in-law, Monica and Edgard Assaker and Korrin and Karl Deines, his grandchildren, Alison, Sarah, Matthew and Jasper. The funeral service will be at Apostles Lutheran Church in Peoria, May 30, 2015 at 11am, reception to follow.
