Stephen Levendosky

Stephen Anthony Levendosky, 52, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away December 16, 2013. Stephen was born in Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania and moved to Arizona in 1980. He was employed as a credit card company manager. Survivors include his fiance Janet Hayes; children Jennifer Mical (Joe), Michael Levendosky and Cheyenne Hayes, his brother William Levendosky III, sisters Sandy Smarto and Debbie MacBeth and grandchildren Caitlyn Smith and Emma Levendosky also survive. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 20, 2013 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center Chapel.
