Sonia Vance

Sonia Ann Vance, 79, of Sun City passed away Friday January 23, 2015 at Banner Boswell Medical Center. Born and raised in St. Joseph, MI, Sonia moved to the Sun City area in 1985. She is survived by two daughters and a son, Kellene (Kelly) Brown – Pittsburgh, PA, Shawn Vance-Dixon – Sun City, AZ and Rob Vance – St. Joseph, MI. Sonia was an avid reader and enjoyed card games of all kinds; watching PGA golf and Steelers football games. Sonia will be sadly missed by all of those who loved her. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at the American Legion, 9847 West Desert Cove, Peoria, AZ 85345. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sonia’s memory can be made to the American Legion Auxiliary, address above, to benefit homeless Veterans.
