Simon Paul Micko, 91, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away December 12, 2014. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 2, 2015 at St. Helen's Catholic Church, 5510 W. Cholla St., Glendale, Arizona. Interment will follow at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
