Shirley Marie Wolfe was born on December 12, 1937 in Richland Center to Dale and Ilene Marshall. Shirley is survived by her son, Sherman Banker (Lauren); daughter Tammy Banker and grandchildren Toby Coberly, Eve Hill (Ryan), Ashley Bird and Roxanne Banker.
In addition Shirley leaves Great Granddaughter Mya Bird and great grandson Hunter Hill; as well as three great great grand children Lydia, Lily, and Eli.
Shirley was raised in the Richland Center area in a loving and industrious home with her parents and younger brother, Alan. She ultimately became a very succesful businesswoman in real estate, after leaving high school to marry and start her family. She was a very busy and hard working mom, somehow managing to juggle both a part time job and raising Sherman and Tammy. In 1980 met her third husband Bill and they were married later that year. They moved to the Phoenix area and while Bill pursued his career, Shirley began her training towards her goal of agent in the busy market of Real Estate in the Sun City areas. She was a member of the Sun City Board of Realtors and was a member of the Sun City Prides. She also was active in her church, First United Methodist Church Sun City. After Bill's death in 2009, Shirley had some lovely years traveling about with companion Ken Bartz before her stroke. That slowed her down a bit, but Shirley's greatest joy was being a grandmother and great grandmother, and being able to share fun times together for wonderful memories.
A celebration of life service will be held at a future date at the Sun City United Methodist Church.
