Sandra Lee Chambers fell asleep in Christ on February 5, 2021.
Sandra was born in Toledo, Ohio on December 2, 1949, and came to
the valley in 1952 when her parents, Thomas and Otillia Chambers
moved west.
Sandra, a retired property manager, loved fishing, dancing, cooking,
and the fellowship of family and friends.
She is survived by her devoted mother, Otillia Wartell of Sun City,
daughter Michelle (Steve) Bailey of Sedona; sons Michael Webb and
Matthew Webb of Phoenix; sisters Brenda (Randy) Parker of Sun City
and Linda (Gary) Armstrong of Peoria; and brother, Thomas (April)
Chambers of Fountain Hills. Survivors also include her grandchildren,
great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews in whom she
always took a personal interest.
Preceding her in glory were her father, Thomas Chambers, her
grandson, Raymond Smouse, and husband, Bill Jackson.
We will miss her charm, her sense of humor, the delicious, creative
meals she’d joyfully serve us, and her stories. Sandra never knew a
stranger; she loved conversation. Her family is grieving the loss of her
company, but looking forward to the resurrection when we shall all be
reunited in eternal glory.
