Ruth Noben

Ruth Noben left this earth to return to her loving Lord on April 25, 2019. She is survived by her devoted husband, Myron Noben of Sun City, AZ. Ruth and Myron was married 62 years. She was born November 22, 1935 to Harold and Esther Selseth in Willmer, Minnesota. Her brother, Harold, preceded her in death. Ruth trained as a registered nurse in Minneapolis where she met a handsome Air Force Airman, Myron Noben. They married on November 10, 1956, and Ruth continued her career in nursing eventually becoming the Director of Nursing at the Silver Gardens Nursing Home in Silverton, Ore. She was an active member of the Lakeview United Methodist Church of Sun City, and she served several years as church choir president. She enjoyed golf, bowling, knitting, and travel. She and Myron established a nursing scholarship with the Sun Health Foundation. Ruth is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews and their families. She was a caring and beloved lady and she will be missed.
