Ruth Myers

Ruth Geneva Dutcher Myers Ruth Myers, 83, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at Boswell Hospital from heart failure. Ruth was born February 9th, 1926 in Tyner, Indiana. She was the youngest of 5 children born to William and Sylvia Dutcher. She was preceded in death by her brothers; Don and Keith, and sisters; Violet and Mildred, and her husband, Arthur H. Myers III. Ruth was a dedicated, working mother employed for approximately forty years at Uniroyal Ball Band in Mishawaka, Indiana. She retired in 1981 while living in Osceola, Indiana, relocated in 1986 to Lynnwood, Washington and in 2003 to Sun City, Arizona. She was a devoted member of the Willowbrook United Methodist Church. Ruth is survived by son, Joe Emmons, husband of Martha Emmons Eminger of Sun City, and daughter Judith DeWulf Emmons wife of Gerald DeWulf of Sun City. 6 Grandchildren, Matthew Emmons Leslie Pugh of Seattle, Wa., Marshall Emmons of Shoreline, Wa., Benjamin Emmons Elizabeth Hallert of Sultan, Wa., Gary Michael DeWulf of Warrenton, Va., Adam Joseph DeWulf of Winthrope Harbor, Il. and Carrie Nathalie Spitz Adam Spitz of Round Lake, Il. 5 Great-grandchildren: Katherine Adele, John Augustus
