Rosa Muchmore

Rosa Maria Muchmore, of Sun City, Arizona, lost her courageous battle with COVID-19 on May 20, 2021, at age 77. Born in Torreon, Mexico. Rosa married Jerry Muchmore, the love of her life, in 1966. The couple moved to the United States to raise a family and enjoyed their lives together in California, Nevada, Florida, New Mexico, with the last years of her life here in Arizona. Rosa was parishioner at St. Joachim & St. Anne, as well as an active volunteer and supporter of St. Vincent DePaul. As a Carmelite, Rosa was also an active supporter of the St Raphael Lay Carmelite Community. Her strong Catholic faith and kind compassionate heart had a powerful, spiritual and peaceful influence on all who knew her through prayers. Survivors include her son Roger Muchmore, Celinda Muchmore Dishong and son in law Adam Dishong. May she rest in peace. A funeral mass will be held at 11am Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at The Church of St. Joachim and St. Anne, 11625 N. 111th Avenue, Sun City, Arizona.
