Robert Richards

Robert E. Richards, 84 of Peoria, passed away October 7, 2008. A resident of Peoria, AZ since 1972, Mr. Richards retired from the military after 22 years serving in 3 wars. After his distinguished military career, Mr. Richards retired as Chief of Security from Phoenix College. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Mary; 5 children Christina Richards David Armijo, Alison Frank Corral, Robert Wendy Richards, Ian Christine Richards, and Holly Kevin Boland; sister Geraldine Sullivan; 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Malcolm, in 1980. Visitation will be on Friday, October 10th from 5-8 pm at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave, Sun City. Funeral service will be Saturday, October 11th at 11:00 am at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center.
