Robert Merrifield

Merrifield, Robert J. 81, entered his eternal rest on September 11, 2009. Robert was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to all who knew him. He was a respected church choir director, teacher and school principal. Robert was born in New York on March 12, 1928 the son of George and Catherine Merrifield. He was preceded in death by his first wife Anne and is survived by his second wife Marie, his daughters Marie, Anne, Kathy and Patty, their spouses Bobby, Joe and Rich, his step children, Carmel, Ann Marie, Linda, Nancy and Ralph and their spouses and children. His grandchildren, Bob, Donnie, Katie, Jennifer, Joey and Kayla and his great grandchildren Megan, Gavin, Anna and Alex. Funeral services will be held Friday September 18, 2009 at St Joachim & St Ann Church in Peoria, AZ. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the American Cancer Society.
