Robert Leo Colgan, 83, of Sun City, AZ. Born October 21, 1933, to Leo and Mabel Colgan. Went on to be with the Lord August 22, 2017. Born and raised in Oxford Nebraska. He moved to Arizona in 1962 where he got married and started a decorating business, Bob Colgan Upholstery, in Youngtown Arizona, and raised three children with his first wife. He later met and married Florene with whom he enjoyed 36 wonderful years of marriage. He is survived by his loving wife Florene Colgan, and her three daughters Delinda McMaster and her husband Thomas, Pamela Davidson, and Deborah Bates and her husband Todd, 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. From his first marriage, three children, Brian Colgan, Patrick and his wife Kristi Colgan, Kathleen Colgan and 11 grandchildren. Bobs life was enriched by faithful service to his country, his community and his Lord. He proudly served his country during the Korean War from 1952 to 1956 in the Navy. He served his community through the Youngtown Chamber of Commerce, the American Legion, and the Irish club, as well as in many other ways. He was a dedicated Christian serving in his church, Arrowhead Fellowship for many years. Services to be held on Friday August 25th at 11:00 AM, viewing at 10 AM at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City Arizona.
