Robert Cole

Robert Nagel Cole, 91 years of age, from Peoria, AZ, graduated to Glory on 9/30/2010. Robert was born Sept. 21, 1919 in Blair, NE. He is a WWII veteran. He and his wife, Zella, lived in Indianapolis, IN from 1946-1967. They moved to AZ in 1967 and founded Cole Industrial Equipment Corp. where he remained CEO until his retirement in 1984. He is preceded in death by his parents Calvin & Vinnie Cole, Daughter, Andrea Cole and Sister, Virginia Rogers. He is survived by his Wife, Zella of 71 years, his Son & Daughter-in-law, Rod & Sharon Cole, of Prescott, AZ, three Granddaughters, Angela Whitesell of Troy, NC, Stacy Ransom of Skull Valley, AZ and Kelly McCluskey of Redondo Beach, CA, 13 Great Grandchildren & 2 Great Great Grandchildren. Viewing/Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 5 from 4pm - 7pm at the Menke Funeral & Cremation Center: 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City 85351. Services will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 6, at l0am, at the Spirit of Hope United Methodist Church: 14403 N. 75th Ave., Peoria, 85381. Robert will be laid to rest at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 N. Northern Ave., Glendale, 85312. In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted by Hospice of Arizona and Spirit of Hope United Methodist Church Choir.
