Richard Thompson

Thompson, Richard W. of Goodyear, Arizona went to be with his Lord on July 23, 2009 at the age of 64. He was born in 1945, to John and Betty Thompson. He lived and grew up in Denver, Colorado. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Darlene and their children: Ron Foxhoven CA, Michael Foxhoven CO, Rick Thompson ID, Chad Thompson CO, Shurie Barela CO, 7 Grandchildren; John Thompson, brother, CO, and Janet Podboy, sister CO. In 1999, he retired from the Denver Police department after serving for 32 years. He was loved and will be missed by his family and friends. A memorial service will be held August 7 at 7:00 p.m. at Vineyard Church, 255 N. Litchfield Rd., Goodyear, AZ 85395 SE corner of Litchfield and Van Buren623-932-2500. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dick's honor may be made to the Vineyard Church.
