Richard Siedare

SIEDARE, RICHARD E. 84, of Peoria, AZ passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2011 at home. He was born January 14, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois. He was predeceased by his loving wife Elizabeth Bennett Siedare. He is survived by sisters Evelyn Wiczer, Lorree Siedare, brother Robert Siedare, nieces Corine Barsky and Sabra Siedare and nephews Daniel and James Wiczer. Richard served in the U.S. Army in World War II. He worked for Carson Pirie Scott & Company in Chicago for 30 years. He was a member of the VFW and The Moose. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 14, 2011 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard’s name to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
