Richard Keith “Fox” Wiggins, 76, of Sun City, AZ returned home January 3, 2016. Born in Columbus, OH, Richard was a proud veteran of the US Army with a deep love for his country. He raised his family in Pasco, WA and moved to Arizona 12 years ago to be closer to his children and grandchildren. He was a loving father and grandfather, a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and a loyal friend to many. Second only to talking about the pride he had for his family, Richard’s favorite topic was sports, especially his Dallas Cowboys and Ohio State Buckeyes. All who were lucky enough to know him in this life will miss his fun sense of humor, kindness, and unmatched personality. Richard was preceded in death by his father, Ferrel Wiggins, his brother, Pat, and his sister, Nedra. He is survived by his mother, Charlotte, his children, Wendi, Blaine (Teesha), Joe (Danielle), and Jay (Misty), 37 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 10:30 AM, with visitation at 9:30 AM, at the LDS Chapel located at 5104 W. Pinnacle Peak Rd., Phoenix, 85304. Richard will be laid to rest at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona located at 23029 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
