Richard John Clarke Sr, affectionately known as Dick, was born on February 2, 1933, in Concord, New Hampshire. He passed away on October 28, 2024 in Sun City West, Arizona, leaving behind a legacy defined by kindness, generosity, and family love.

Dick led a distinguished career as Vice President at Fitchburg Mutual and National Grange Mutual, where his professionalism and commitment were evident to all who worked with him. Dick proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for four years, an experience that shaped his character and values. After his military service, he transitioned into a successful career, yet it was in retirement where he truly flourished. As a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather, Dick's family was the heart of his life. He is survived by his beloved wife, Bettina Lynn; sons Richard Clarke Jr and his wife Bonnie, and Timothy Clarke and his wife Therese; daughter Susan Nadeau and her husband Tom; stepdaughter Karen Myers and her husband Rob; stepson Michael Christopher and his wife Colleen; along with 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, with one more on the way.

Dick's distinguished presence, caring personality, and unabashed love for those around him will be deeply missed. His legacy continues through the countless lives he touched and the cherished memories held by his family and friends.
