Peter Iber

Dr. Peter K. Iber, Col US Army Ret. Peter was born on the 26th of July 1937 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He was very active with the Boy Scouts of America. Peter achieved the Rank of Eagle Scout and continued as a Leader up until his retirement from the Army. Peter received his PHD from Johns Hopkins University in Bio Chemistry. Peter served in the Army for 32 years. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam Conflict from 1969-1970 and retired as a Colonel to Arizona in 1990. During his retirement, Peter worked as a tax preparer until his passing. He was also an avid Stamp Collector, and was the President of the Society Australasian Specialist Oceania and the editor for the Thai Philatelic Journal. Peter was taken into the Lord's grace on September 16th, 2009.
