Patrick Sheeran

Patrick J Sheeran Born August 7, 1926 in Chicago, IL. passed away with family by his side, October 30, 2008, in Sun City West, Arizona. Patrick is survived by the children of his late wife, Vivian Gibney, they are Mary Pat Sindowski Tom, Thomas J Sheeran Sonia, Michael Sheeran and William Sheeran Susan. Survived by his late wife Frances Simandl and her daughter Germaine Till Gene. Patrick remarried April 29, 2007 to Shirley Mae Parks and is survived by her children, Shelley Davis Frank, and Robert M Parks Allison. He is also survived by his sister Winifred Herold Alfred and Eleanor Sheeran, the wife of Patrick's late brother James. He leaves many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. Patrick was a member the Elks Lodge, Moose, American Legion and held the position of Fourth Degree in the Knights of Columbus. He served in the Army during World War II and the Korean War. He retired as a glazier and was a member of Local 27. Following his retirement, he became a resident of Sun Village in Surprise Arizona where he was an avid golfer; enjoyed traveling and cruising and socializing with his many, many friends. Pat was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church and attended Crown of Life Lutheran Church with his loving wife Shirley. Funeral services will be held at St Christina Catholic Church in Chicago. Celebration of Patrick's life will be held at Sun Village to be announced at a later date. Donations may be made to a Hospice of your choice. Menke Funeral & Cremation Center handled arrangements.
