Pat Feenan of Surprise, Arizona passed away June 20, 2012, he was born in Kalispell, Montana on March 2, 1945. He was born the eldest son of John & Mary Feenan. After the passing of his mother at an early age, Pat helped raise his younger sister Kathy and forged an unbreakable bond and an everlasting love for her. And what a blessing, that his childhood friend Don, since the age of 11, married his sister and the three were the best of friends. He served four years in Vietnam, rising through the ranks quickly to 1st lieutenant and was awarded two bronze star medals, one of which was for saving two men’s lives during battle. After he serviced our country, Pat owned a Harley Davidson shop and enjoyed racing motorcycles. Later in life, he worked for 12 years at the Los Angeles County Transportation Fleet. After Pat’s retirement, he met the love of his life, Sharon. They were together 14 years till he was called to Heaven. Pat will be deeply missed by his loving wife, wonderful daughter Jennifer Bethancourt, his son-in-law Jeremy Bethencourt, his step-daughters Shirley McCune, and Susan Vergano, along with step-son-in-law John Vergano. He will also be dearly missed by his seven precious grandchildren: Mackenize, Rachael, Patricia, Wiltz IV, Maranda, Brendan nieces Darlene & Denise, nephew Joseph and great-nephew Matthew. An amazing husband, a wonderful father, a great PaPa, a fabulous Grandpa, a trusted friend, and a dedicated American hero! A viewing and vigil service was held Monday, June 25, 2012 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center. The Funeral Mass was held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church in Surprise, AZ. with interment at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
