Patricia Padgett

Patricia J. Padgett, 76 of Phoenix, AZ went home to be with her Lord and Savior on September 1, 2017. She is preceded in death by her father Millard McCall, and her husband of 49 years Howard Padgett and is now reunited with them. She was a loving and caring mother, daughter and grandmother, who loved to be with her family most of all. She was born in Denison, TX on October 25, 1940, and moved to Arizona as a very young child. She graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor's in Education, and was an elementary school teacher for 19 years with the Paradise Valley Unified School District and the Deer Valley Unified School District. Along with loving and spending time with family, she greatly enjoyed playing the piano, going to casinos and traveling whenever the opportunity presented itself. She is survived by her mother Mary Bea McCall, daughter Lisa Padgett, son Steven Padgett, and grandson Brandon Lawhorn, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ.
