Patricia Jacobs Blackburn

Patricia Gayle Jacobs Blackburn (Gayle) passed away November 25, 2014. Gayle was born April 6, 1956 in Phoenix, AZ to Richard P. and Dora (Hutchison) Jacobs. She grew up in the West Valley where her parents were dairy farmers. She graduated from Glendale High School. Gayle was the former Co-owner of J&B Meat Company. Gayle married her high school sweetheart Gary and raised her 3 children in Glendale. Anyone who knew Gayle knows the rest of the story. She is survived by the loves of her life, Jason, Jodi and Justin, her sisters Georgia and Cindy, and her grandchildren Tatum, Tori and Jayden. A celebration of her life will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday December 6, 2014 at the Avondale Moose Lodge 1572 S. Cotton Lane. Contributions may be made in Gayle's name at Gofundme.com.
