Norman Eisner

Norman G. Eisner, 82, formerly from Newington, CT, more recently from Sun City West, AZ, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2015. Born to Gideon and Dorothy Eisner on May 20, 1933, in Springfield, MA. He was the beloved husband of Joy W. Eisner of 58 years. He was a veteran who served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War. He worked as manager of Langley’s Men’s clothing for over 30 years until retirement. He enjoyed the great outdoors, camping, sailing, skiing, and the beach with his family. He gardened and loved woodworking and jewelry making. He leaves behind his identical twin brother David of Schenectady, NY and younger brother Brian of Scottsdale, AZ, children Cheryl Eisner, Jeffrey Eisner and Debbi & Nicholas Giamatti, grandchildren, Jason, Stephanie, and Danielle Butkowski, and Spencer Eisner. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Temple Beth Shalom’s Hy Mandel Biblical Garden at 12202 N. 101st Ave, Sun City West, AZ 85351 or Banner Hospice of Arizona.
