Neva Skinner Bernatz

104, of Peoria, AZ (formerly of Chandler, AZ) passed away October 2, 2012. Born in Ashland, Nebraska, Mrs. Bernatz moved to Arizona in 1958. She was an elementary school teacher and taught in Cleveland and Hartford Elementary Schools in Chandler from 1958 until her retirement in 1972. She is survived by her son John Bernatz; grandchildren John Bernatz and Daniela Schmitt; great grandchildren Jonah, Garrik and Drew. Memorial services to be held Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at the Sierra Winds Chapel, 17300 N. 88th Ave., Peoria, AZ.
