Neal DeVinney

Neal G. DeVinney, born Jan 6, 1930, died July 14, 2011. Neal served his country in the US Navy and then his fellow Phoenicians by serving on the Phoenix Police Dept, from which he retired. He is survived by his loving wife Eunice, his devoted children Sue, Robert, Paul, Barry, and Kathy, sons-in-law Max and John, and grandchildren Andrea, David, and Aurelia. He will be missed. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 5, 2011 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center Chapel, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. Interment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
