Michael Fuqua

Michael Wayne Fuqua, 51, of Glendale, Arizona died at 8:00 a.m., Thursday, April 22, 2010 of a brain aneurysm while a patient at Boswell Memorial Hospital, Sun City, Arizona. Michael was born December 25, 1959, in National City, California and during his lifetime primarily worked as a warehouse supervisor in Arizona and Washington state. He is survived by his mother Barbara Fuqua of Sun City, Arizona and father Robert Fuqua of Clarkdale, Arizona; sister Deborah A. Burris of Mesa, Arizona; daughter Korrie Ann Jensen of Goodyear, Arizona; granddaughter Kyleigh Ann Jensen of Prescott Valley, Arizona; uncles Frank and Rusty Fuqua; uncle Kenneth Powell, and numerous cousins. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Frank and Elsie Fuqua; Howard and Freda Gipson; aunt Betty Jean Powell. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 1, 2010 at the Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Avenue, Sun City, Arizona.
