Mervin Schrock

89, of Sun City, AZ, went home to be with the Lord on June 10th, 2013. He was born July 11th, 1923, in Warren, OH. Preceding him in death were his loving wife of 61 years, Fannie, his son Lavern (Vern), and great-granddaughter Lydia. Mervin is survived by his 2 daughters: Marilyn (Lavern) Wagler of Hartville, OH, and Rita (Rex) Bishop of Avondale, AZ, and by his 4 sons: Norm (Donna) of Chandler, AZ, Ed (Kathy) of Buckeye, AZ, Gary of Avondale, AZ, and Dale (LaDonna) of Hartville, OH, and also by daughter-in-law Debbie Schrock of Peoria, AZ. Mervin is also survived by 1 sister, Malinda Hershberger of Sarasota, FL. He has 15 grand children and 20 great-grandchildren. He loved the outdoors, football, and baseball. Mervin will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Calling hours will be on Friday, June 14th, at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center located at 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ 85351 (1 block South of Grand Ave.) from 5-8:00 pm. Funeral service will be on Saturday, June 15th, at 9am at Good Shepherd Chapel located at 10323 W. Olive Ave., Peoria, AZ, 85345. The chapel is located on the South side of the building.
