Mary Sue LaDue

Mary Sue LaDue, a beloved matriarch for her family, passed away on November 23, 2024 in Sun City, Arizona. Born on December 2, 1942, in Luxora, Arkansas, Mary lived a life defined by her strong will and unwavering devotion to those she loved.

She was the cherished wife of Clarence LaDue, and together they created a home filled with laughter, love, and countless memories. Mary was a proud mother to her daughters, Pamela and Terri, who carried forward her legacy of strength and compassion. Her family extended joyously to include six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, all of whom knew her as a guiding light in their lives. She adored her family above all else, finding her greatest happiness in their successes and the warmth of their togetherness.

Though she faced the sorrow of losing her son, Roland Jr., Mary’s spirit remained resilient. Her love forged unbreakable bonds that continues to inspire those she leaves behind.

In her spare time, Mary often immersed herself in the pages of romance novels. She had a particular fondness for sci-fi and vampire movies, where her imagination could roam free. Additionally, her evenings were frequently enlivened by watching wrestling, a pastime that brought excitement and laughter into her life.

A memorial gathering in celebration of Mary’s life will be held on December 2, 2024, at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center in Sun City, Arizona at 1:00 p.m. Friends and family are invited to share in the stories and memories that honor a remarkable woman who touched so many lives with her kindness and indomitable spirit.
