Mary Sears

Mary Louise Sears, 94, of Sun City West, AZ passed away Jan. 24, 2016. Mary was born in Nowata, OK and graduated from Ochelata (OK) High School. She worked in Bartlesville and Tulsa, OK and for the Cessna and Boeing aircraft companies in Wichita, KS before marriage in 1944. As a wife of a career military serviceman, she lived in many states before moving to Arizona in 1984. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Marion C. Sears; parents Reuben B. and Hattie Adams; brothers R.B. Adams, Jr. and Kenneth Adams; sisters Norma Jean Barber and Shirley Shepard. She is survived by her son Russell Sears of Glendale, AZ. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her kindness, her faith, her gentle spirit, and her strong and conscientious work ethic. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 28, 2016 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ.
