Mary Fletchall

June 16, 1930 — October 28, 2018

MARY FLETCHALL JUNE 16, 1930 – OCTOBER 28, 2018 Mary Bernice Chepchor was born June 16, 1930 in Monarch, Wyoming. She grew up in nearby Sheridan, Wyoming with her parents and older brother. Just barely out of high school, this is where she met Jack Fletchall at a Saturday night dance. It’s no surprise that he took notice of her as she was a very pretty girl and so much fun to be with! Besides dancing, many of their dates were spent at the local roller skating rink. He had recently returned from serving his country in the Army during World War II. They married in 1946 and eventually moved to Santa Ana, California where they raised their five children. She was a homemaker, but worked part-time as a waitress. You could always find her in the kitchen cooking up a meal or baking something sweet, especially on holidays! Mary’s parents were from Poland and she was very proud of her heritage. She never minded a joke or two! Over a period of nearly 40 years, they often got together with their best friends, Bob and Arlene Keefer, and of course, all the kids! They always had such a good time! In 1990 after retiring, her and Jack moved to Las Vegas. This is where she learned how to play bingo. She loved it so much that she even named her dog “Bingo”! After Jack passed away in 1999, she spent the rest of her life living near her children and their families in Nevada, California, and Arizona. On October 28, 2018 she passed away peacefully at the age of 88. She is preceded in death by her parents, Tony and Kathryn Chepchor, brother Johnny Chepchor, husband Jack Fletchall, daughter Linda Eubanks, son-in-law Bill Eubanks, son Jack Fletchall, Jr., grandson Scott Sittig, and grandson Gregory Sargent. She is survived by her daughter Marilyn Skelton, daughter Patti Krall (Robert), son Mark Fletchall (Diana), along with seven grandchildren, Gary Sargent (Shannon), Bill Eubanks (Amy), Christopher Krall (Elizabeth), Michelle McGrath (Edward), Janelle Gilbertson (Jason), Parker Fletchall (Ashley), Christy Fletchall, and nine great-grandchildren, Hannah Sittig, Alyssa Krall, Blake Krall, Ashley Sittig, Wyatt Eubanks, Weston Eubanks, Warner Eubanks, Codey McGrath, and Cash Krall. She is also survived by Kathy Sittig (wife of Scott Sittig). She enjoyed traveling and playing games such as pinnocle and chicken foot, but more than anything else, she loved spending time with her children and grand-children. She never missed a birthday, graduation, or special event in their life. She will always be remembered for her kindness, generosity, love of God, family, friends, and of course, all dogs! She will be truly missed this holiday season, but will forever be in our hearts! The words she lived by were from the “Serenity Prayer” – accept the things you can’t change, change the things you can, and have the wisdom to know the difference! Graveside services will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada where she will be laid to rest near her husband, Jack.
