Marie Beernink

Marie Amelia (Wolf) Beernink was born on December 4, 1937, in Hinsdale, Illinois and she earned her angel wings on May 17, 2022, at her home in Sun City, AZ after a short battle with cancer. Marie was preceded in death, by her parents, Auguste & Elizabeth Wolf; her beloved husband, Kenneth Beernink; 2 greatgrandchildren, Lincoln Wright & Teresa Zapata. She is survived by two daughters, Donna Mendoza (Sergio), of Goodyear, AZ and Denise Clark, from Mesa, AZ. Marie was a grandma to Amber (Jeff) Wright, Justin (Jessica) Robnett, Nicholas (Jessica) Robnett, Logan Clark and Danielle Briseno. She was a great grandma to Marlo, Sheen, Emery, Violet, Amelia and William. Marie will be remembered for her tireless devotion to volunteering to Shriners Hospital, numerous Genealogy foundations, and her church family at Willowbrook United Methodist Church in Sun City, AZ. Burial will be next to her loving husband, Kenneth, at Clarendon Hills Cemetery in Illinois. There will be a memorial in the near future, to be held at Willowbrook Church in Sun City, AZ.
