Marianne Ebert passed away on December 25, 2021, at home in Peoria Arizona at the age of 87.
Marianne was born June 18, 1934, in Chicago Illinois to the late John and Anne McAllister. She was the oldest of five being the only girl, she adored her little brothers. She attended nursing school and joined the Air Force where she met her husband, Leroy Ebert. They had six children and settled in Nampa Idaho where they eventually retired.
Marianne went back to school to get her master's in nursing and worked at Mercy Medical Center hospital where she was Vice President of nursing for many years until she retired. She and Leroy moved to the warmer climate of Arizona and were very involved in their church Saint Joachim and Anne Catholic church. She served in the Lions Club for many years and volunteered her time to Saint Vincent de Paul where she managed and coordinated the staffing, and along with her friends worked in the dining room serving meals weekly to those in need. She was very passionate about her service and always made sure her commitments were served in the order and way she believed she was called upon.
Survivors include three of her brothers and their families, many cousins and her children Andrew Ebert, Patricia Ansel (Bo). Christopher Ebert (Connie) Susan Ebert (Kip) Michael Ebert and David Ebert (René), her grandchildren Tawnie Manu (Tyler) Austin Douglass, Ryan Ebert, Matthew Ebert, James Ebert and great grandchild Daenan Douglass. She is preceded in death by her husband Leroy, her parents John and Anne McAllister and brother James McAllister
She will be missed by her family and the community of her friends from church.
