Lucy Grijalva

Lucy went to her eternal home, Sunday, Aug 2, 2015. She was met by her creator after a long courageous battle with cancer. Lucy was a Glendale native, who was a beloved wife of 47 years to Pete Grijalva, loving mother to PJ (wife Camilla) and Tracie Grijalva, Nana to Adara and Alyssa Grijalva. Lucy was a kind loving person who took joy in helping others. She taught Sunday school for several years to the children at St. Louis the King Catholic Church. Lucy loved to listen to music, loved to dance, and most especially loved being with her family and friends. You will be forever missed and loved. Visitation 8:30-9:30 am, Monday, Aug. 10 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City. Rosary and funeral mass at 10:00 a.m., Monday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 5614 W. Orangewood Ave., Glendale. Interment immediately following at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
