Lucille Ceseri

Lucille M. Ceseri, Surprise, Arizona, passed away January 23, 2014, at the age of 84, with her feisty character and determined spirit guiding her clear intentions for passing—quickly, peacefully without prolonged pain and suffering-- leaving a full life behind and many who loved her deeply. An adventurous Sagittarius, she was a native New Yorker with attitude to the end, moved out West, and travelled to places of her heart’s desire mostly later in life after her family was grown. A lover of romance languages, she taught others, and worked at Bank One Arizona for many years. She was preceded in death decades ago by her two husbands, and survived by her three children: Randy, Wayne and Lisa Melanie, their families, and many friends at Arizona Traditions, Solo Club at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church, and more in the Surprise community. May her determined, resilient, generous spirit, strength, love, laughter, and joy for living be a beacon to us all. Celebration of Life Service for Lucille will be held at the Arizona Traditions Neighborhood Center, Monday, February 17th, from 6 pm - ???.
