Lt. Robert L. "Jorgie" Jorgensen, U.S.A.F., Retired

Lt. Col. Robert L. “Jorgie” Jorgensen, U.S.A.F., Ret., passed away December 18, 2013 in Sun City, AZ. Born in Paxton, Nebraska he retired in Peoria, Arizona after 22 years service in the US Air Force and was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. He was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Order of Eastern Star and Shrine. A loving husband, father and grandfather, he is survived by his wife of 59 years, Peggy; his children, Rolene Claflin & Anthony, Robin Powers & David, Ray Jorgensen his sister Karen MacCraken, 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 21, 2013 at the Masonic Temple #66, 18810 N. 107th Ave., Sun City, AZ 85373. Please consider a donation in memory of Lt. Col.
