85, of Waddell, Arizona passed away January 28, 2014 in Goodyear, Arizona. Born in Liberal, Kansas, Joe was a US Air Force veteran and retiree. He moved to Arizona in 1996 from New Mexico. Survivors include his wife Mary and sons Mark and Roger and their families. Graveside services with military honors will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, January 31, 2014 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, Arizona.
