Lois Stofko

Lois Louise Stofko, 93, of Sun City & Sedona, Arizona passed away August 4, 2010. Born in Whiting, IN, Lois was a graduate of Indiana State University where she held many school offices including class president. A school teacher for 45 years, she retired from the Gary, IN school district moving to Arizona in 1972 where she continued teaching until her retirement from the Montezuma School District. Lois was organist for a non demonational church in Sedona. She was preceded in death by husband John Stofko Sr. Survivors include son John Stofko of Merrillville, IN; daughter-in-law Linda Beaver; grandchildren Stephen, Anthony, Stoten and Marietta Stofko. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at the Sedona Cemetery, Pine & Hwy 179 in Sedona, Arizona.
