Lavera Laibe

Lavera Laibe of Sun City passed away July 8, 2008. She was born in Rhine, OH on October 23, 1914, to George and Philomena Koenig Steinke. She was a homemaker. She married Emerson Laibe in 1937 and he survives. She is survived by one daughter, Patricia William J. Baker of Peoria; three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Also surviving are 4 sisters, 2 brothers; 1 sister and 3 brothers precede her in death. Visitation will be 4-6 PM with Rosary 6:00 PM, Friday, July 11, 2008 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at. St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, 15800 N. Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Donations are suggested to Hospice of the Valley.
