Joseph Molino

December 31, 1969 — August 6, 2013

of Hastings, PA and Peoria, AZ passed away peacefully at the age of 89 on August 5th, 2013 in Phoenix. He was a first generation American born in Hastings, PA to the late Pasquale and Rosa Molino. Joe was a member of the Naval Armed Forces and served in the Pacific during World War II. Upon returning to the States, he worked in the automotive industry, eventually owning and operating his own dealership, Lodico Motors of Cambria County, PA for over 25 years. Joe’s outgoing personality and wonderful sense of humor drew people to him and he developed many personal and professional relationships throughout his 89 years. He was a member of the fraternity of “Alley Rats,” an extraordinary group of gentlemen from Cambria County, all from “The Greatest Generation.”  Joe always said, “The most important things are Family, Faith, and Friends,” and indeed he will be greatly missed by all. Survived by his wife of 58 years, Jeanne; his daughters, Joni (Ken) Hoppel, Julie (Stephen) Henriques, and Jacalyn (Curtis) Hartmann; and his son Jay (Debbie) Molino;  grandchildren Ashley (Greg) Hershey, Amber Hoppel, Nicole Molino, Danny Molino, and Lucus Hartmann; and great grandchildren Max, Avery, and Sam Hershey;  as well as his sisters Alveda DePaul, Eleanor (and George) Soyster, Emma Brooksbank, Carolyn Steckler, Louise Lagg, and their families.
