Jerry Carr

Jerry Micheal Lee Carr born 11/30/1951 passed away 4/17/2022 at the age of 70. Jerry loved reloading ammo guns and shooting said ammo. He had several jobs in life such as a machinist for Boeing and has his initials on the lunar rover on the moon. He worked as a roofing installer that sent him all over the country and around the world. Jerry finished up as a handyman that specialized in tile. Jerry was a giving man and many times at the pawn shop would overhear someone say they needed something, and Jerry would buy whatever it was and give it to them. Jerry really loved the pawn shop, he enjoyed talking to people and telling stories, Jerry will be greatly missed and remembered here with us as we consider him family. Jerry was preceded in death by his wife, his parents Wallace Carr & Helen (Dyck) Carr and his brother Robert Carr. An Open House in memory of Jerry Carr will be held at Youngtown Pawn Shop, 11115 NW Grand Ave., Youngtown, AZ 85363 on Saturday May 7, 2022, from 10:00 am-5:00 p.m. Friends are invited to come and have refreshments and share memories.
