Jerome Ziarkowski

Jerome "Harry" Ziarkowski, 75, of Peoria, AZ passed away peacefully with family members by his side on Sept 27, 2016. Harry was born in Buffalo, NY on October 10th, 1940 and was a graduate of Bishop Ryan High School in Buffalo, NY. He has lived in the Phoenix area since 1982, where he worked until retiring from the Sherwin Williams Company in 2012 after 30 years of service. He was a US Navy Veteran and a member of American Legion Post 62 in Peoria. Harry also was a volunteer for the Banner Olive Branch Program after his retirement and was a member of the St Joachim and St. Anne's Men's Club. He was preceded in death by his Son, Michael Ziarkowski (Sept 27, 1968), Brother-in-laws; Robert Wawrzyniak and Ronald Cywinski and Nephew; Charles Cywinski. Harry is survived by his wife of 48 years Sylvia; his two children John and Judy; his grandchildren; Shelby, Jeremy and Sahvannah, His sisters, brothers, and in-laws; Susan, Nancy, Tom, Gloria, Christine, Marty, David and Richard as well as many nieces and nephews. A caring, family oriented man, Harry will be missed by his family and friends for his compassion, words of wisdom and sense of humor. Be assured, he's in Heaven getting everything ready for his loved ones. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 6, 2016 at St. Joachim and St. Anne Catholic Church, 11625 N 111th Ave, Sun City, AZ 85351
