Jerome Gaarder

Jerome L. Gaarder of Sun City, AZ passed away on March 19, 2008 at the Good Shepherd nursing home in Peoria after a long illness. He was born on November 29, 1930 in Albert Lea, MN to Leroy and Gladys Gaarder. He is survived by his wife Anne, son Bruce, son Robert Denise and their 2 children Jake and Brooklynn. Jerome was a graduate of Albert Lea High School, the University of Minnesota and the American Institute of Foreign Trade now Thunderbird, School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ. He served about 4 years in the Air Force, much of it in France. His work took him to many places in the world and residences in foreign countries.
