Jean M. Fox, 91 died Sunday, March 10, 2013 in Peoria AZ. Jean and her late husband Joseph, formerly of Harrison Twp, retired to Florida in 1980 and relocated to AZ in 1996. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and being with her family. Loving mother of John of Redwood Shores CA, Kathleen (Bryan) Malloch of Glendale AZ, Mary(Christopher ) Goike of Sterling Heights MI, Virginia (Joseph) Zatina of Benicia CA, Laura (Randy) Gohl of Marine City MI, Thomas of Peoria AZ, Gerald (Karen) of Clinton Twp, MI, Alan of Clinton Twp, MI and Brian (Jennifer) of Thousand Oaks, CA. Beloved grandmother of nine and great-grandmother of five. Dear sister of Mary Piontek. Predeceased by brothers James, Frank & Clarence Voiland. She is also survived by sister-in-law Connie Voiland and many nieces & nephews. Predeceased by parents Clarence & Antoinette Voiland. In accordance with Jean’s wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial mass was held on April 6, 2013 at 10:00 AM at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 21620 Greater Mack Ave, St. Clair Shores, MI officiated by her nephew Father Joseph Edward Fox O.P. A memorial mass will also be held on April 22, 2013 at 10:00 AM at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church; 9728 West Palmeras Drive; Sun City, AZ with luncheon to follow. Graveside services will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the National Memorial Cemetery; 23029 North Cave Creek Road; Phoenix, AZ 85024. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley 9435 West Peoria Ave, Peoria AZ 85382; Sun Grove Village Care Center 20625 N. Lake Pleasant Road, Peoria AZ 85382; or to St. Vincent de Paul Society.
