Jean Alfano

Jean L. Alfano, 84, of Sun City, AZ passed away June 3, 2018. Born in Canada, Jean resided in Stuart, Florida where she was a seamstress and costume designer for theatre, various movies and TV shows. She moved to Sun City in 2004 and enjoyed golf, traveling, volunteering for Four Paws and luncheons with her friends. She was preceded in death by her husband James Alfano in 2014 and her sister Phyllis Dobson. She is survived by her children Craig Johnston and Tammy Rizzi (Don); brother John Edward Roberts (Maggie); sisters Elizabeth Lackenbauer (Bruce) and Wendy Roberts (Don); grandchildren Shanon Botter, Daniel Botter and Alexandrea “Caitlin” Botter. She will be missed by her cat Libby. A memorial service with reception to follow will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center Chapel, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ.
