James Overy

James Thomas Overy died unexpectedly on September 5, 2008 and will be missed deeply. Born September 21, 1967 in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Jim grew up in Rock Springs and moved to Phoenix in 2003. He played football and was on the swimming team in high school, and was an ordained High Priest in the LDS Church. He was a former fire fighter and certified as an emergency medical responder. He was currently a student at the University of Phoenix, studying Criminal Justice. Jim was a beloved husband, father and friend. He is survived by his wife, Dennize; his parents, Ronald and Janice; brother, Scott and wife Melanie; sister, Raelyne and husband Rob Michel; son, Andrew; daughters, Christina and husband Levi McDonald, Lacey, and Lindsey; stepdaughters, Tonia Kiehle, Jennifer and husband Mark DeLuco, and Adrienne Kiehle. Viewing will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 11th at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103 Ave, Sun City, Arizona. A memorial service will immediately follow at 11:00 AM. Funeral will be in Rock Springs, Wyoming. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Vincent de Paul, 602 850-6731.
