James Thomas (Tom) Mattingly, Jr., 62, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 8th, 2015 with family by his side. Tom was born in Cumberland, MD and was owner of Mattingly Construction which in the early 80’s had heavy highway projects over most of the State of Maryland, ran three asphalt plants & a limestone quarry on Martin’s Mtn.
